Aergo Capital Limited (“Aergo”) has delivered one (1) DHC-8-400 aircraft, bearing the manufacturer serial number 4088, to Luxwing. This aircraft is the first of two, to be delivered to Luxwing this year.
Fred Browne, Chief Executive Officer of Aergo, commented: “We are thrilled to announce the delivery of one (1) DHC-8-400 to Luxwing. A special thanks to all who were involved in getting this deal across the line. We are excited to add Luxwing to our lessee portfolio and look forward to a long and successful relationship.”
Capt. Giuseppe Sapia, CEO of Luxwing, commented: “With the addition of these two Dash 8-Q400 aircraft to its fleet, Luxwing expands its aircraft offerings, which have been primarily characterized, until now, by executive aircraft, thus becoming a key player in the Mediterranean region in the “charter on demand” and ACMI segments.
All of this has been made possible through collaboration with Aergo Capital, which believed in our project. The Aergo Capital team (Ally, Mike, Niamh, Frank, to name just a few) has been extremely professional, direct, practical, and solution-oriented in all phases of the project, from its inception to the delivery of the first aircraft. We are proud and fortunate to be able to work with a reliable partner like Aergo Capital. Together, we are already committed to the delivery of the second aircraft, which will join the fleet in September 2023. We eagerly anticipate its arrival to solidify our offering and satisfy our clients.”
Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP acted as lead counsel to Aergo.
