AerCap Holdings N.V. ("AerCap" or the "Company") (NYSE: AER) today announced that it has completed the amendment and extension of its $4.0 billion unsecured Revolving Credit Facility. The new maturity date for the Revolving Credit Facility is February 15, 2024.
