Manchester, June 19, 2017 – Thomas Cook Group Airlines’ rapidly expanding Europe-US network took another leap forward today with the extension of its popular seasonal service from Manchester to New York to a year-round programme.

The airline announced today three additional direct flights from Manchester to John F. Kennedy airport beginning on December 14th. The route is Thomas Cook Airlines’ first year-round route from Manchester to the USA.

Christoph Debus, Chief Airlines Officer, Thomas Cook Group, said: “This new year-round service represents further progress with Thomas Cook’s strategy to expand its successful long-haul offering. We want to become the preferred leisure carrier for long haul flights from Europe to North America.

“With our group’s 17 US gateways, it’s never been so easy for our customers to reach top US destinations and for inbound customers to explore Europe with ease and in great comfort.”
