-Six-year component support agreement for Airbus A321neo and A330neo
aircraft
-Early contract extension to further provide component support for
Airbus A321ceo fleet until 2030

Sunclass Airlines, a leading Danish leisure airline in the Nordics,
and Lufthansa Technik have signed a contract to provide Total
Component Support (TCS®) for its current and future Airbus A321neo
and A330neo fleets. In addition, the existing component support
agreement for the Airbus A321ceo fleet has been extended.

Both contracts will run until January 2030, covering the provision of
parts from Lufthansa Technik's extensive material pool, comprehensive
MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) and logistics services as well
as an exclusive homebase stock at Sunclass' main hub at Copenhagen
Airport.

Lufthansa Technik has already been supporting Sunclass Airlines for
several years: In addition to the existing component service contract
for the A320ceo, Sunclass benefits from consumable & expendables
services, base maintenance services and AVIATAR digital Health
Management and Event Analytics solutions.

Michael Tankmar, Technical Director at Sunclass Airlines, commented:
"To meet our customers' expectations and our own ambitious goals,
Sunclass Airlines is constantly striving to optimize its operations.

Airlines. The continued trust in us shows that our modern component
service portfolio offers real added value by ensuring the best
possible component availability," said Jens Henningsen, Senior Sales
