Santo Domingo - The President of the Board of Civil Aviation, Lic. Luis Ernesto Camilo, received in his office executives of the airline Air Panama, interested in exploring and initiating international operations towards the Dominican Republic.

Luis Eletor, Planning Manager and Tomás Cano, Director of Expansion for Europe, presented the airline and its business intentions before Lic. Camilo and Dr. Bernarda Franco, in charge of Air Transport of the JAC.

Air Panama is a family airline of 15 years of foundation that operates internal routes within Panamanian territory and to neighboring countries, such as Costa Rica and Colombia, with a fleet of medium-sized aircraft.

They consider and so they expressed that the Dominican Republic is the ideal destination to develop a constant, affordable and easy traffic between both countries, focusing their marketing efforts on ethnic and business tourism.

The President of the JAC reiterated the policy of skies and open doors that is the hallmark of its management and the aviation sector as a whole.
