Etihad Airways says it has no plans to divest stake in Jet Airways, as the Indian carrier is a "valuable partner".

Etihad also rejected claims by CAPA that Etihad could end up selling the entire stake in Jet Airways by 3Q of next fiscal year.

"The claims made in the CAPA report are false. Jet Airways is a valuable partner of Etihad Airways, and we have no plans to divest," an Etihad spokesperson said.

Etihad acquired a 24% stake in Jet Airways in April 2013 for around Rs 2,069 crore.
