Tallinn, 09.10.2017 - cargo airline AIREST has announced the appointment of Aleksei Lupitski as their new CEO. He assumed responsibilities on 2-nd october to succeed Jaanus Ojamets, who has stepped down for personal reasons.

Aleksei Lupitski has a vast experience in airline industry, holding senior management positions at various airlines for the last 20 years. For the past 8 years he was the President & CEO of Lithuanian airline Avion Express. Under Aleksei’s management Avion Express grew from 4x Saab 340 operator to a global wet lease player with a fleet of 16x Airbus A320 family aircraft.

Airest is an international cargo airline with crew and air bases located around the Europe. Airest has been providing ACMI and ad-hoc services since 2001. Airest is operating 9x Saab 340F and 1x Bombardier CRJ200sf.
